So let’s talk today!Your mission: Under the direction of the Service, you are a key player in conducting public procurement calls for tenders. You are responsible for the acquisition of goods and services, management of a supplier portfolio as well as providing legal support within the framework of public procurement and the Code. Main activities: You coordinate project management closely with service managers and project managers within the institution; You lead calls for tenders for the expenditure segment assigned to you, coordinate and enforce internal procedures and rules; You support applicants in choosing public procurement procedures, prepare the necessary market studies that allow the institution to obtain the best advantages, and ensure legal and competitive monitoring for the institution; You analyze expenditures and suppliers in your portfolio, define opportunities, create the action plan allowing coordination with the requesting services; You animate and orchestrate networking activities with others.Profile: You have a professional commercial education, complemented by a Swiss procurement certificate and ideally a federal specialist in public procurement; You have solid experience in the procurement of goods and services in a similar-sized organization; You have solid experience in the management of the function and an ERP, including change management, stakeholder communication, and mastery of digital tools; a thorough knowledge of public procurement procedures is required, and ideally of public service; You possess strong skills in project management, logistics, as well as in commonly used tools; Your professional actions are guided daily by irreproachable ethics and a constant concern for efficiency in the engagement of additional expenditures.We offer you: An open and respectful company culture; Continuous skill development thanks to a policy of career evolution opportunities and internal mobility; Genuine solutions to promote a work-life balance; Numerous cultural and sports activities to experience collectively within the institution.
