## About Our Client ##

## Job Description ##

* Organise complex travel for a large team, including flights, hotels, visas, insurance and transfers.
* Support the preparation and follow-up of expense claims.
* Process invoices and assist with contract preparation in coordination with the legal team.
* Maintain and update electronic files, shared folders and digital archives.
* Handle administrative follow-up of projects and teams.
* Coordinate workshops, online sessions and in-person meetings.
* Assist with meeting scheduling, room bookings and general office logistics.
* Provide backup assistance for other admin team members during leave or workload peaks.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
* Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Comfortable handling confidential information.

* Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude.
* Flexibility and ease working with a variety of tasks and personalities.
* Good communication skills and diplomacy.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
