Our client is a Trust Company located in the centre of Geneva.

## Job Description ##

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and administer trusts in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Provide efficient and professional support to clients by addressing their needs and resolving potential issues.
3. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective coordination of services.
4. Responsible for the daily administration of customer accounts. Examples of daily administration would include tracking dates and deadlines, timely deposit, withdrawal and transfer of funds, periodic customer reporting and presentation, tax worksheet preparation, document filing system.

## The Successful Applicant ##

Requirements:

1. Minimum three to five years of professional experience as a Trust Administrator.
2. In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to trusts.
3. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
5. Ability to proactively establish and maintain client relationships.
6. Immediate availability, or very soon.
