We act as an advisor to a demanding clientele in their choice of future employees. Our client, a public institution based in Geneva, is looking for a multilingual Phone Advisor (French - German - Italian) for a long-term temporary assignment. Trilingual Phone Advisor M/F 100%For this position, we are looking for the following profile:- Perfect proficiency in all three languages (C1 minimum, X 2) – French - German - Italian- Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in a telephone switchboard- Proficiency in tools such as MS X:- Answer calls from insured individuals in French, Italian, German, interpret them using the necessary tools to direct them to the relevant services- Handle first-level questions from insured individuals for the AVS, AI, and AIL divisions.- Record requests in the insured individual’s file (e.g., request for a tax document, a bank form, or a service request) that client managers in the divisions will process later- Also handle calls from external client companies residing in the building. jida8c39e1aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
