What you can contribute:- Telephone reception- Autonomy on-site- Ensuring quality and follow-up- Hours from Monday to Friday 08:00-13:15 and/or 12:45-18:00What you bring:- Experience in reception in a high value-added environment- Experience in customer service/hospitality or luxury hotel management, autonomy, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility- Excellent sense of hospitality, customer service, discretion - Perfect command of French- Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) - Good knowledge of German (minimum B1 level) - Familiarity with usual tools and tasks, priorities, flexibility, dynamism, and enthusiasm - Successfully completed training or equivalent - Irreproachable honorability (background check, financial records, civil capacity, and any past or ongoing criminal proceedings in Switzerland, C or B permit with authorized activity for more than 2 years if applicable)What we offer:- A permanent contract at 40%- Hours from Monday to Friday 08:00-13:15 and/or 12:45-18:00 - Start date to be agreed - An interesting activity beyond the ordinary in an exciting and dynamic environment - A lot of autonomy - Position open in Geneva Do you have the right profile?
