Join the Banking Services Center department team at the Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), an Authentic, Courageous, and Equitable bank.As a Treasury Back-office Specialist, you ensure the smooth running of post-market processes.Your missions- Ensure the processing of treasury and foreign exchange market transactions (Forex, money market, REPO) from confirmation to settlement/delivery.- Process and monitor derivative products (OTC options and listed derivatives), in coordination with counterparties and internal teams.- Ensure daily monitoring of Nostri position accounts, analyze discrepancies, and contribute to rigorous liquidity management.- Pilot the management of Credit Support Annexes (CSA): margin calls, collateral monitoring, and regulatory compliance.- Identify, analyze, and resolve cash suspense items related to the department's activities.- Perform inter-system reconciliation controls for treasury tools.- Ensure monitoring of market conventions and regulations in force.- Monitor systems related to market activities and coordinate incident resolution with IT.- Participate in projects for the evolution and optimization of processes:- Analysis of business needs / Drafting of functional specifications.- Drafting of test books and execution.Profile- Higher education in finance, economics, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in foreign exchange and/or treasury back office, ideally in a bank.- Mastery of financial instruments and market conventions.- Experience in monitoring Nostri accounts.- Ability to formalize business needs and draft functional specifications for IT.- Rigor, autonomy, team spirit, and ability to evolve in a demanding environment.- Very good level of French and English.- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools.- Resistance to stress and strong ability to prioritize.Terms of employment- Activity rate: 100%- Contract type: Permanent- Workplace: Geneva- Start date: As soon as possibleWant to know more about the BCGE as an employer?Consult our Careers page. jidee93628aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
