As a customer advisor at our Nyon site, you will be the first point of contact for our clients in case of need.Customer Service Expert Travel & HealthTOGETHER, EXPLORING NEW PATHS.Together for real help, providing assistance to people in difficulty around the world.- Regular telephone contact with our clientele, our subsidiaries, and our correspondents.- Claims management: processing of claim files and decisions on the coverage of expenses.- Invoice processing: verification of invoices and settlement of claims.- Concierge services.Your skills- You enjoy customer service by phone.- You know what exceptional customer service is and are available for your clients every day.- You have team spirit and an organized and meticulous work method.- Ideally, you have initial experience in invoice processing or claims settlement.- You possess good oral and written skills in German, French, and advanced English.
