We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major intranet within a complex environment. The role is responsible for end-to-end project management of an intranet designed to improve internal communication, streamline access to information, and enhance employee engagement and productivity.Leadership and Governance- Lead the intranet project across all phases, including design, development, deployment, and transition to operations.- Establish clear governance structures, decision-making processes, and mechanisms for effective project scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risks in line with agreed objectives and constraints.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and reporting.Stakeholder and Requirements Management- Build and sustain strong working relationships with technical teams, business units, and senior leadership.- Facilitate regular workshops and meetings to ensure ongoing alignment and translate business needs into clear, actionable project requirements and technical specifications.Technical Design and Integration- Work closely with IT teams to design and oversee integrations between the intranet and enterprise systems (e.g., identity management, collaboration tools, HR systems).- Balance standard capabilities with customizations necessary to meet critical needs.- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize digital workflows.Performance Tracking and Reporting- Monitor and report on project progress against defined milestones, success measures, and quality criteria.- Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering committees.- Support adoption, user training, and efficiency post-launch.Requirements- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.- Experience managing digital intranets, portals, or internal systems.- Strong knowledge of intranet platforms and content management (e.g., SharePoint); experience with similar enterprise tools.- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across business and IT functions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Desirable- Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Conditions and Benefits- Our client offers two days of home office per week. jidac93f76aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
