Job Description
- Develop and break down sales prices.
- Analyse costs and identify optimisation levers.
- Prepare public and private tender dossiers, including references, technical analyses, operating methods, and schedules.
- Verify quantities and measurements provided in tender dossiers.
- Write submissions and establish price requests during the calculation phase.
- Analyse possible variants and propose costed solutions during bid submissions.
- Optimise concepts proposed by contractors.
- Provide technical support to work teams during the execution phase.
Profile Sought
- Holder of a recognised diploma as a site manager, civil engineer EPF/HES, or an equivalent qualification, or with solid field experience.
- Proven experience in calculation, essential.
- Technical profile with excellent mastery of transformation and demolition works.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Rigorous, autonomous, persevering person with a good team spirit.
- Good interpersonal and oral skills, with the ability to convince management and clients of the relevance of your analyses and proposals.
