The sector in the execution of Fep sentences offers a basic education to adult detainees in facilities for deprivation of liberty throughout Switzerland. Additional training in management or development is an advantage. Several years of professional experience and management, ideally in the field of education and/or in remote management. Understanding of the specific context of deprivation of liberty. Openness to digitization, associated with the corresponding skills. Ability to inspire enthusiasm for novelty. High flexibility and willingness to travel regularly in the region. Respectful and reflective personality, as well as the ability to work in a team.
