Job description
Develop and implement the global training strategy in alignment with the company's sales objectives and brand positioning
Define training frameworks, standards and KPIs to ensure consistency and excellence across all markets
Create and deliver impactful training programs covering product knowledge, brand storytelling, sales techniques, clienteling and customer experience
Translate brand values and product strategy into engaging learning experiences for commercial teams worldwide
Support subsidiaries, distributors and retail partners with tailored training solutions adapted to local market needs while maintaining global standards
Act as a key interface between Headquarters and local markets to ensure effective knowledge transfer and alignment
Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, toolkits and digital learning content
Manage and continuously update the Rado e-learning platform in line with product launches and strategic priorities
Conduct international training sessions, workshops and on-the-job coaching in local markets
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, KPIs and sales performance indicators
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Retail and Visual Merchandising teams to align training initiatives with business priorities
Profile

Professional requirements
University degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in international sales training, retail training, learning & development or a related field
Strong understanding of B2B and retail sales environments, ideally within the luxury, premium or consumer goods industry
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with experience delivering training to international audiences
Experience in developing training content and digital learning solutions
Ability to travel internationally (approximately 30 - 40%)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
Languages
Fluent in English
Additional languages would be a strong advantage
