At Proactif, we believe that everyone carries resources within themselves to be revealed. As an organisation for continuing education and active professional reintegration in French-speaking Switzerland, certified B Corp, we support candidates daily towards employment and autonomy. Our ambition: to create the conditions for everyone to reveal the best of themselves – both to the people we support and within our teams. Joining Proactif means putting your skills at the service of a project with a strong human and societal impact, in a demanding, collaborative culture deeply committed to activating everyone’s success.
As part of a 9-month maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Training Manager at 80% to join the Autonomy Plus Platform (PAP), a labour market measure dedicated to the rapid and sustainable reintegration of unemployed, low-skilled, and non-French-speaking individuals.
Training Manager at 80%
Your role
A true educational and organisational conductor, you ensure the continuity of the relevance, quality, and smoothness of the training offer. You are the key person between participants, trainers, institutional requirements, and the objectives of the measure.
Your main tasks
- Ensure pedagogical coherence: oversee the application of educational objectives and the consistency of practices within the team of trainers
- Support the team: assist trainers in their professional development (daily support, class visits, constructive feedback, practice exchange workshops) and contribute to the integration of new collaborators
- Monitor participants: identify individual learning needs and propose appropriate progression strategies, in close connection with the team
- Manage delicate situations: address tensions and potential sensitive situations with neutrality, kindness, and a sense of boundaries
- Coordinate and plan: manage the scheduling of trainers and handle administrative tasks related to training, especially during continuous intakes
- Maintain institutional links: act as the interface between the educational team, management, employment offices (ORP), and institutional partners (including DGEM), notably preparing reports, evaluations, and the annual collaboration review
- Ensure quality: monitor compliance with standards (EduQua, PDCA) and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and practices
Your profile
- You place the needs of participants and your team at the centre of your practice, with kindness and a sense of responsibility
- You hold a federal certificate in adult education, educational sciences, or an equivalent field, and have proven experience in adult education and pedagogical team management
- You master the principles of instructional design and are familiar with learning assessment tools (CEFR, FIDE, internal tools)
- Your managerial approach combines kindness and rigour: you know how to lead a team towards excellence without losing the human aspect
- You communicate clearly and tactfully, manage tensions with neutrality, and conduct sensitive interviews with discernment
- Your relational and professional adaptability allows you to navigate continuous intakes, unforeseen events, and institutional requirements with ease
- Organisational skills and analytical mindset: you manage multiple priorities simultaneously, anticipate field needs, and propose pragmatic solutions
- An asset: experience in professional reintegration (MMT) or in social integration (MIS)
- Comfortable with office tools and tracking platforms
What we offer
- A meaningful mission within a B Corp certified organisation, with a direct and concrete impact on the professional integration of people seeking autonomy
- A pivotal, autonomous, and varied role at the heart of a committed, strong, and collaborative educational team, faithful to our values:
- Aim for excellence
- Invest passionately
- Unite to move forward
- Cultivate kindness
- Grow every day
- A stimulating, human, and flexible working environment where autonomy and initiative are encouraged.
