## Job Description ##
* Provide administrative support for the planning and delivery of training sessions and learning programmes
* Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, participant registrations, invitations, and venue arrangements (virtual and in-person)
* Prepare and format training materials, presentations, and reports to a high standard
* Maintain accurate training records, databases, and attendance tracking
* Act as a point of contact for participants, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
* Take clear and structured notes during training sessions or meetings when required
* Support post-training activities, including feedback collection and reporting
* Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external providers
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in training, HR, or events
* Excellent English skills, particularly in written communication and document preparation
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent note-taking and documentation abilities
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured and autonomous manner
## What's on Offer ##
