La Chaux-de-Fonds Training Centre
Operated by ETA SA, the La Chaux-de-Fonds training centre is a centre of excellence dedicated to mechanical training for apprentices of the Swatch Group in the canton of Neuchâtel. It provides basic training and exam preparation, welcoming around 35 apprentices each year from 8 partner companies.

The centre has a modern technological environment including conventional and CNC machining machines, 3D printing, laser engraving as well as pneumatic and electropneumatic test benches, ensuring training aligned with industrial realities.

Its educational approach, based on modern methods and project-based learning, places apprentices at the heart of their training, promoting autonomy, practical experience and skills development.

The centre thus plays a key role in transmitting know-how and preparing the technical future of the Swatch Group.
