Given the impending retirement of the current holder, we wish to strengthen our team dedicated to coaching, development, and leadership. Within AXA and our People & Development team, we support independent AXA agencies in all leadership-related questions linked to the development of skills and team development. We operate in the distribution department, are service-oriented, and pursue ambitious goals of excellence and contribution to the company. In collaboration with regional managers, you deploy the development of AXA executives in French-speaking Switzerland. You are the reference person for the region concerning all questions related to leadership skill development and the advancement of the executives of our external service. You accompany executives, independent agents, and regional managers in their questions regarding leadership and development. You primarily intervene in French-speaking Switzerland, both at our Lausanne headquarters and directly within the agencies. You conduct individual coaching for the executives of our agencies, as well as team coaching upon request. This includes onboarding, personal development, team management, crisis management, and designing and facilitating workshops for executives, and you moderate discussions as well. You also draft specifications during calls for tenders in the field of coaching, analyze received files, and advise your interlocutors to select the options most suited to their needs and talents. Your passion is the development of executives, supporting individuals, and fostering professional growth. You have completed higher studies at a prestigious higher education institution or university, ideally in business management. You possess experience in the development as well as in supporting and coaching executive leaders and/or you are comfortable facing the daily challenges encountered by executives and leaders. Experience in developing executives active in the sales field is an asset. You have skills in developing executives, both in pedagogical design and in the dynamism you bring during development days. You master the French language perfectly, both spoken and written. A good command of German for regular professional interactions with your colleagues based in Winterthur is also expected. You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong service orientation, and you know how to show autonomy in your everyday activities. Taking initiative is an integral part of your character. You have a systemic working method focused on results; your assertiveness and social intelligence are part of your personality. Your main workplace is in Lausanne, with availability for regular travel to agencies. Additionally, you may occasionally travel concerning AXA. Our sector interfaces with our clients.
