As part of the development of our client’s activities, we are looking for a Trading Logistics Operator to manage and monitor logistics operations related to international projects. You will play a central role in coordinating the supply chain and will be the main contact for clients, suppliers, freight forwarders and other partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the supply chain of various projects, from order to final delivery.
• Ensuring operational coordination with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, agents and other partners.
• Organising and monitoring shipments by sea, road and/or air.
• Negotiating transport conditions (freight) with logistics providers.
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and contractual requirements.
• Managing the administrative and documentary follow-up of operations.
• Participating in resolving logistical issues and proposing suitable solutions.
• Updating tracking tables and reports using Excel.

Profile sought:

• Training in logistics, international trade or equivalent field.
• Experience or good knowledge of supply operations by sea, road and/or air.
• Good knowledge of international freight negotiation.
• Experience or good knowledge of relationships and negotiations with suppliers, clients and agents.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent English (minimum Cambridge First / B2 level).
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is an advantage.
• Organised, rigorous, responsive and with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and to work in an international environment.
