Job Description
The Directorate General for Post-Compulsory Education (DGEP) is responsible for education that takes place between the end of compulsory schooling and higher education. It offers training within 16 grammar schools and 13 vocational schools and brings together more than 3,400 employees. To strengthen the Information Systems Unit (USI), we are looking for a Mac workstation Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper functioning of the information systems in our MacOS environment by guaranteeing the maintenance of the various IT components, with a focus on quality, productivity and security.
- Provide support to users and colleagues within the entity in the context of incident resolution and service request handling.
- Participate in the design, implementation and deployment phases of projects related to new information systems or the evolution of existing ones.
- Coordinate the activities of IT managers/respondents within establishments as part of the operation and standardisation of information systems.
- Contribute to defining the technical architecture of information systems, standards, dependencies, operating procedures and, depending on the criticality of the information systems, identify actions to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent training.
- Mastery of the MacOS environment and Jamf Pro solutions.
- Certification or training in one or more technologies.
- General technical expertise and 5 years' experience in MacOS domains.
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of managing a Windows fleet via Microsoft Intune and SCCM would be a plus.
- English reading, speaking and writing (level B2).
