TIMBER FRAMING TECHNICIANContextDASTA Charpentes Bois SA is a construction company that has been carrying out all types of work related to timber construction since. The company manages an average of one hundred projects per year of small, medium, and very large size, both in new construction and renovation. We are looking for a timber framing technician to join the team of five technicians.TIMBER FRAMING TECHNICIANMain objective:TasksCommercial:- Commercial monitoring- Prepare offers = be capable of pricing (quotes and tenders)- Follow-up on submitted offers (reminders) with clients- Prospecting (making the company's activities known)Production:- Management of timber framing sites for a volume on the order of 2.5 to 3 million CHF (approx. 8 to 9 workers to occupy over the year) including:- Control and implementation of client requests, plans on Cadwork + control of supply orders, and deployment of installation teams (in-house or subcontracted)- Quality control including compliance with standards- Participation in site/project meetings- Propose solutions to the client- Ensure compliance with safety rules- Coordination with other trades- Establishment of a network/relationship with the manufacturer(s)- Technical monitoring of industry developments- Verification of invoices- Monitoring of project profitabilityGeneral:- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams- Implementation of all necessary tools for the analysis of needs for the management and development of the activity- Work session with management jidf5727e3aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
