Job definition and mission
Contribute to the smooth running of SPA care and services by providing high-quality aesthetic and therapeutic treatments in accordance with established protocols. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalised services, prepare treatment rooms and manage products, while actively contributing to advising and selling treatments and products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Before and after service
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment used
- Prepare treatment rooms before treatments
- Tidy workspaces at the end of the day
- Switch off used devices
- Report any equipment malfunctions
- Participate in the maintenance of common areas
- Assist colleagues
During service
- Welcome clients and provide personalised care
- Adhere to care standards defined by SPA Management
- Communicate important information to the team and hierarchy
- Gather health information from clients
- Advise and support clients throughout their experience
- Anticipate client needs
- Promote, advise on, and sell treatments and products
Treatments and services
- Perform medical lymphatic drainage (Vodder technique)
- Perform La Prairie facial and body treatments
- Perform massages (relaxing, deep tissue, Thai, abhyanga, detoxifying, etc.)
- Carry out specialised treatments (reflexology, Chi Nei Tsang, sound therapy)
- Perform aesthetic treatments (manicure, pedicure, waxing, varnish)
- Use aesthetic and medical technologies (Hydrafacial, Icoone, pressotherapy, cryotherapy, etc.)
- Apply specific SPA protocols
General responsibilities
- Ensure service complies with the high-end standards of the Clinic
- Guarantee client satisfaction and wellbeing
- Respect hygiene, safety standards, and internal protocols
EDUCATION
- Diploma in aesthetics or massage therapy
- Certificate in Medical Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience in the high-end SPA sector
- Excellent presentation
- Service-oriented with good client contact skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Sales and advisory skills
- Knowledge of SPA treatments
