Test TechnicianMissionThe Structural Engineering (GIS) division is an experimental facility that offers the opportunity to conduct large-scale construction tests using cutting-edge measurement technologies and machines. GIS can rely on the extensive expertise of its technical staff to design custom tests to solve any problem that a company may face. As a technician, your role is to assist researchers in the handling and installation of samples that can measure several meters and weigh several tons.Main tasks and responsibilities1. Heavy handling - Assisting researchers in handling samples for testing in the structures and testing machines of our Civil Engineering test facility. - Assisting in the installation, alignment, and setup of samples. - Assembly of test structures.2.
