Receptionist fixed-term contract (a) Location: Meyrin Activity rate: 100% Start: Fixed-term contract to be filled as soon as possible, until May 29 At ISS, we all call ourselves Placemakers. Your tasks: - Welcome internal, external visitors and VIPs - Orient and assist clients as needed - Manage the switchboard, emails, and specific requests - Provide a warm welcome and excellent service - Support in the management of events and seminar rooms - Support for the general services department - Assist with mail, DHL, and other carriers - Maintain (office supplies and stock) with suppliers Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 1 pm or 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm (alternating every other week) Your profile: - Graduate in hospitality or benefiting from at least 3 years of experience in hospitality and/or luxury reception in a context - Mastering French and English, both spoken and written (minimum level C1) - Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Strong client orientation - Excellent interpersonal skills and very good organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail - Proactivity and flexibility - Discretion and autonomy Ready for us?
