Description
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas and minutes
Maintain filing systems and ensure document confidentiality
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Support event planning and internal communications
Perform general office duties and provide ad hoc support to executives
Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (internships included)
Fluent/proficient level in English and advanced/fluent in French
Excellent organizational, time-management and proactivity skills
Strong attention de detail and rigor
Tenanious and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
