We are looking on behalf of one of our clients – a recognized player in the high-end retail sector – for a Telephone Operator / Customer Solution Employee for a permanent, full-time position based in the Geneva region.Main missionsAs a member of the Customer Solution department, you will be an essential point of contact for clients and various internal departments:- Reception and processing of incoming telephone calls- Analysis and follow-up of client requests as well as internal services- Management of incoming and outgoing emails- Managing the reception area and welcoming visitors- Coordination between different departmentsProfile sought- Commercial employee diploma (CFC) or equivalent- Confirmed experience in a similar position (contact center, reception, customer service)- Very good command of office tools (Excel, Word)- Excellent organizational and priority management skills- Autonomy, while enjoying teamwork- Flexibility to work some Saturdays according to a rotation schedule- Availability for extended hours (Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. + late shifts according to store schedule)Essential language skills- French (native or very good level)- Swiss German (oral and written)- English (oral and written)If this position matches your profile, we would be delighted to receive your application.
