About the role
For our client, a major regional organisation, we are looking for a telephony technician or telematics technician to strengthen their team.
Your role will be to handle internal requests and manage incidents within a small supportive team.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and become an integral part of a team working on exciting projects. The assignment initially lasts 6 months but may extend to long term.

Tasks
- Configuration & setup of telephones
- Incident management
- Handling internal requests
We are looking for
- Training in telecommunications or equivalent
- First experience with Cisco, especially the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) solution, a big advantage
- French: working language
- Driving licence (cat. B) & own vehicle, an advantage
- Clean criminal record
- Immediate availability
- Responsible personality, intellectually curious, supportive & sociable
