We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.Telecom Infrastructure Specialist (f/m/d)Be your best with BechtleOn behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Telecom Infrastructure Specialist (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring telecom infrastructures on-site while contributing to the evolution projects of network and telecom equipment on sites.Mission- Ensure the daily proper functioning of telecom nodes, and telecom infrastructure.- Operate, maintain, and service premises as well as associated technical infrastructures.- Plan radio coverage of buildings for wifi, GSM, and environments.- Coordinate fixed equipment connected to the network, such as cameras, antennas, intercoms, and access control systems.- Take charge of technical support, level 2 incident resolution, project and site monitoring, as well as on-call duty according to the schedule.Profile- HES engineering degree in IT or ideally supplemented by continuing education at the CAS level related to the field.- Confirmed experience of +5 years as a telecom engineer, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom infrastructure in premises such as POPs or technical rooms.- Very good knowledge of telecom, physical, access controls, thermal containment, as well as the installation of equipment such as active networks, wifi antennas, indoor GSM, DECT, and cabling.- Mastery of radioplanning and wifi quality measurement tools, with good complementary knowledge in the fields of HVAC, servers, and general knowledge of Cisco network equipment and main network services, particularly Ethernet, IP routing, and VLAN; Cisco CCNA certification is an appreciated asset.- Experience in video surveillance, knowledge of technical standards and directives related to telecom, and successful experience in a Geneva environment are additional advantages.Proposal- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the fields: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
