As part of the development of its technical office, our client, a Swiss company recognised in the construction sector, is looking for a:
Tekla Structures / BIM Construction Specialist 100% (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
- Design and develop 3D models as well as execution plans related to projects.
- Create formwork, reinforcement, and assembly plans.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of models and technical documentation.
- Participate in the continuous improvement and development of the Tekla Structures environment.
- Develop and optimise components, models, automations, and internal tools.
- Actively contribute to the development of BIM processes and the digitalisation of working methods.
- Analyse the needs of technical teams and propose innovative solutions to optimise processes.
- Support and train users in the use of digital tools.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams as well as internal and external partners.
- Training as a civil engineering draughtsperson, builder, or civil engineer.
- Excellent command of Tekla Structures.
- Proven experience in 3D modelling applied to the construction sector.
- Knowledge of development (Tekla Open API, C#, .NET, scripts or automation) is a real asset.
- Strong interest in BIM, digitalisation, and new technologies.
- Excellent technical understanding, analytical mindset, and ability to propose solutions.
- Autonomous, organised personality with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language.
