Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced automation technician to carry out varied tasks related to automation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service of our installations.

Your mission:

After a period of integration and internal training, you will actively participate in the installation, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems related to water treatment and swimming pool installations. You will work both in the workshop and on-site at clients’ premises.

Your responsibilities:

Automation and electrical implementation

• Create control electrical panels in accordance with current standards.
• Carry out wiring and assembly of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
• Develop and update electrical and wiring diagrams.
• Participate in the improvement and optimisation of existing installations.
• Check the compliance and safety of electrical installations.

Programming and commissioning

• Program and configure industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Ensure configuration and testing of automated equipment.
• Participate in commissioning and adjustment of technical installations.
• Perform functional tests and technical diagnostics.
• Manage seasonal start-ups and shutdowns of private and public swimming pools.

Troubleshooting and maintenance

• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and automated faults.
• Carry out troubleshooting interventions at clients’ sites.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations.
• Calibrate and check measuring and control devices related to chemical water treatment.
• Guarantee the reliability and proper functioning of technical equipment.

After-sales service and customer relations

• Provide professional and quality after-sales service.
• Advise clients on the use and maintenance of installations.
• Write intervention reports and ensure administrative follow-up of repairs.
• Maintain a relationship of trust with clients and partners.

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as automation technician, electromechanic, electrician, or equivalent training.
• Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electricity, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Good command of industrial programmable logic controllers, notably Siemens and/or Schneider.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, regulation, or water treatment.
• Good ability to read electrical and technical diagrams.
• Fluent in spoken and written French.
• Category B driving licence essential.
• Trailer licence would be a plus.
