As part of the development of its activity, Sercab Group is looking for a:Quality Assurance Technician – AssemblyService missions:- Implement the control techniques in force within the company,- Carry out sampling during production,- Write analysis reports,- Assembly of watch cases and braceletsPositioning in the organization chart:Attached to the Quality Department, the position holder is under the responsibility of the Quality Manager. As part of their missions, they collaborate transversally with the Mechanics and Finishing departments.Missions and activities of the position:Main mission, purpose, finality of the positionContributes to compliance in production, management and transmission of control reports, assembly of watch dressing and bracelets.Mission and activity of the positionQuality assurance:- Control and monitoring of mechanical and finishing work in progress- Final inspection of products before shipment- Entry and management of quality sheetsAssembly:- Assembly and tightness control of watch cases.- Assembly of bracelets and various watch components- Analysis and proposals for solutions related to assembly problems- Aesthetic control and packaging of finished productsInterests, constraints, difficulties of the position- Rigor and accuracyIt is essential to have precise control of parts in production and to be able to respond effectively regarding the corrective actions to be taken.Competence required for the position / Profile of the positionKnowledge:- Know the vocabulary related to the watch dressing trade- Know how to read and analyze a technical drawing- Master conventional control meansKnow-how:- Ability to follow production in progress- Rigorous, meticulous, and precise- Versatile, dynamic jid58b63beaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
