If you wish to be an actor in our development, we invite you to join us!We are looking for our Building Maintenance TechnicianYour Missions- You carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for TL buildings (located in Renens, Lausanne, and Echallens), tram and metro depots, and stops.- You check and ensure the operation of installations in compliance with current safety procedures.- Also part of your duties is the regular monitoring of interventions with our external service providers.- The nature of the facilities to be maintained implies that you will be required to carry out your activity with irregular hours, on the TL network, and that you will provide on-call service for all building facilities.Your Profile- You hold a CFC (Federal VET Diploma) in a technical field (mechanics, electromechanics, electricity, etc.).- An interest in programmable logic controllers or the willingness to be trained is considered an asset.- You have confirmed professional experience, ideally in the field of building/infrastructure maintenance.- You are autonomous with a great sense of responsibility.- You are willing to work at heights.- Driving license, category B, required.- You reside a maximum of 45 minutes from the Perrelet center (on-call service).Additional InformationThe company: Find all information related to our company on our website.Workplace: Start of service at Perrelet (Renens), then activities on the various TL sites.Contract: Permanent contract at 100%, with a start date to be agreed upon. jidf9a75aaaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
