Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the smooth operation of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.

Your tasks:

Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (notably HVAC) for our mandate
Responsibility for maintaining the required climatic conditions in the production area (temperature, humidity, pressure)
Programming, commissioning of controllers in FBD, CFC, ST language
Maintenance of BMS servers (kepware, SQL, Archestra)
Processing tickets and daily work reports
Participation in projects in the MCR (measurement, control, regulation) / building automation field and implementation of defined actions
Proposal and implementation of modifications and improvements
Management of subcontractors
Participation in the on-call service

Your profile:

Training in building technology, regulation, instrumentation (ES Technician in automation, BTS)
Good knowledge of technical building management
Knowledge of Beckhoff controllers, Aveva (Wonderware) supervision and communication protocols (modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, profibus) would be an asset
Fluency in French (C1) and English at B1 level, an asset
Comfortable with IT tools and good command of Excel
Good stress resistance and organisational skills, team spirit
Flexibility and strong customer orientation
