Operations Technician (m/f)
Your tasks:
- Ensure the operational availability and proper functioning of production means and tooling.
- Provide technical support to production workshop staff and contribute to their training.
- Participate in the qualification of new products, support the reception of new production means and the resolution of quality discrepancies.
- Lead working groups aimed at improving the service’s performance and communicate with the work environment.
- Propose and actively carry out continuous improvement projects, products and processes.
- Participate in the analysis and resolution of quality discrepancies in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
Profile:
Diploma as ES Technician or HES Engineer in mechanics or microtechnology
Experience in industry enabling understanding of workshop operational needs (Machining / Finishing / Inspection)
Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge of IT tools for managing workshop performance indicators (ERP, production management software)
