Axepta is looking for one of its clients, a rapidly growing SME X -site IT Support Technician. Your missions: As an IT technician, you will be responsible for the proper functioning of the group's infrastructure and will work on various technical environments. Main responsibilities: - Deployment and management of virtual servers (Windows Server) and Windows workstations- Maintenance of the IT infrastructure with an external provider- Level 1 and 2 support (Microsoft 365, Windows, printing, and maintenance of backups and data (VEEAM))- Monitoring of servers in a virtualized infrastructure (VMware, Nagios)- Management of LAN/VLAN/WLAN networks, VPN, DNS, and firewall services and access (Active Directory)- Management of licenses and Microsoft 365 accounts- Management of corporate telephony (Mitel) and participation in internal IT projects (tenders, deployment, implementation of infrastructures, and follow-up of the renewal plan)- Maintenance of websites under WordPress (Divi)Your profile: - CFC in IT or equivalent/superior- Experience in a similar role in Switzerland- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and L2/L3/L4 networks- Mastery of backup and recovery solutions- Knowledge of WordPress/Divi is appreciated- Fluent in French, technical English, German is a plus- Driver's license preferred jid03f9bbaaen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
