We carry them out according to the highest quality requirements.As part of a new mandate in Sion, we are looking for a Technical Concierge / Building Maintenance Technician:Your tasks:- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on technical installations- Ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations- Manage maintenance and upkeep activities- Take charge of various requests and minor repairs- Process work reports, delivery notes, and purchase orders daily- Supervise and monitor the execution of work by companies and implement appropriate measures for the different sectors- Administrative tasks (CMMS, reporting)- Manage small projects- Participate in the on-call service (1 week / 5)Your profile:- ES diploma, CFC, or federal certificate in building technology or maintenance, electricity, or energy, or equivalent diploma- Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service sector, facility management, or the technical field- Driver's license- French language (B2/C1)- Very good command of common tools (MS Office)- Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and flexibilityReady for us?
