Technician / Supporter Control Systems / SCADA (m/f/d) Your tasks: Customer support and troubleshooting: Handling of support requests (1st and 2nd level support) via phone and email. Error analysis: Analysis and resolution of disturbances in customer systems within our control systems, including conducting system maintenance and support. Operation and maintenance: Support and maintenance for customers, both in the portal, remotely, and partially on-site. Order processing: Handling of prioritized and scheduled orders from the system, expansions of customer projects and development and optimization. Test environments: Setting up and independently conducting tests in test environments to support the development department with customer issues. Helper programs: Creation of helper programs/scripts for optimization of processes (also for customers). Project implementation and support of project engineers during commissioning, ticket creation and follow-up. For the execution of this exciting position, you bring the following qualifications: Completed technical basic training as an electronics technician or professional experience in IT system support. IT knowledge in Windows and Linux environments as well as in network technology. Experience with PLC controls or control systems is an advantage. You are a patient personality with a strong customer focus whose work style is independent, structured, and solution-oriented. Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills. French language skills are an advantage.
