Electrical Technician-Constructor

Your mission:

Within a team of engineers and constructors, you participate in the design of control-command installations for hydroelectric machines and low voltage installations. You ensure the preparation and management of technical documents, electrical diagrams, and layout and installation plans.

Your responsibilities:

• Participate in the design of electrical installations, automation systems, LV (AC/DC) distribution, and telecommunications.
• Design of electrical schematics for hydroelectric facilities
• Management, updating, and archiving of diagrams and technical project files in collaboration with engineers.
• Monitoring the implementation of designed installations, testing in workshop and on site
• Preparation, archiving, and updating of operational files for hydroelectric facilities

Your skills:

• ES/ET technician or CFC qualified electrical planner, electrician, or automation technician
• Several years of practical experience in an engineering office or industry
• Skills in designing and manufacturing electrical distribution and control-command cabinets
• Very good knowledge of EPLAN P8 and AUTOCAD drawing software; knowledge of ELCAD would be an advantage
• Knowledge of standards for high and low current electrical installations
• German or French language with good knowledge of the other language
• Autonomy and a taste for teamwork
