Technical Trainer – Operations | Paris We are recruiting a Technical Trainer – Operations for a fast-growing international company developing its activities in France.This is a hands-on, field-based position combining training, operational support and quality standards.You will regularly visit partner locations across Paris and the surrounding area to support operational teams, deliver practical training and ensure that processes and standards are implemented consistently.You will work closely with internal teams and report to a Senior Manager.The opportunity This is an opportunity to use your operational and culinary experience in a broader training-focused role.You will work directly with partner teams across different locations, helping them implement new processes, maintain high standards and operate successfully.As the business develops in France, the scope of the role will also grow, offering the opportunity to contribute to new launches and wider operational initiatives.What you’ll be doing Deliver practical, hands-on training to teams at partner locationsTrain teams on procedures, operational standards and relevant toolsSupport new launches and provide follow-up coaching where requiredCarry out operational and quality auditsAssess site readiness, capacity and performanceWork closely with internal teams to support successful implementation and continuous improvementHelp identify operational challenges and propose practical solutionsEnsure compliance with relevant health, hygiene, safety and quality standardsTravel regularly across Paris and the surrounding area, with wider travel as the business develops What we’re looking for Fluent French and EnglishAt least 4 years’ experience in a senior culinary, food operations or similar hands-on operational rolePrevious experience managing, coaching or training teamsConfident delivering practical training directly on siteStrong understanding of operational, quality and hygiene standardsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working with different teams and environmentsHands-on, adaptable and solution-orientedAble to work autonomously and take ownershipWillingness to travel regularlyRight to work in France / EU What they offer €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus39-hour working week with RTTLunch vouchersEmployer-sponsored private healthcare and contribution towards public transport costsOffices in central Paris Why consider this role?
