Technician/Foreman 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and submission dossiers
• Carry out site surveys and prepare measurements
• Manage and monitor several small sites simultaneously
• Plan, coordinate and supervise works and teams on site
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and safety standards
• Work on varied projects: earthworks, demolition, roads, pipelines and basic external landscaping
• Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers and partners to ensure smooth project progress

Profile

• Proven experience in construction and site management
• Good technical knowledge in earthworks and civil engineering
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with autonomy and organisation
• Dynamic, proactive person who enjoys teamwork
• Fluency in French and ease with common IT tools
