As a true multi-technical expert and seasoned project manager, you guarantee the reliability, availability, and development of our infrastructures, equipment, and systems - from the production plant to all our points of sale.Project management and administration:- You manage technical projects from A to Z: study, monitoring, commissioning, and budget control.- You carry out feasibility studies and participate in calls for tenders.- You select, coordinate, and monitor service providers and external suppliers in connection with your projects.- You ensure regulatory compliance of installations and contribute to audits.- You guarantee the documentary follow-up of projects (plans, diagrams, CMMS, GED).- You ensure the reporting of performance indicators.Maintenance and technical support:- You organize and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations (HVAC, electrotechnics, production equipment).- You guarantee the reliability, availability, and safety of equipment and infrastructure across all our sites.- You manage technical emergencies and ensure business continuity.- You participate in critical phases, particularly during technical shutdowns.- You coordinate on-call services and analyze breakdowns.- You analyze technical performance and propose areas for improvement.Security and systems:- You contribute to security, safety, and system concepts as well as their implementation.- You participate in network development projects and the deployment of new standards on sites.- You ensure technical monitoring and the development of the systems concerned.Environment and continuous improvement:- You implement the decisions of the energy committee and support energy projects.- You pilot projects and measures for energy efficiency.- You ensure technical, technological, and regulatory monitoring.- You contribute to the development of management tools, particularly CMMS and energy monitoring.Management and team:- You are the daily relay of the department manager to the team.- You ensure the management of schedules, including the on-call service, as well as the optimization of the team's workload.- You ensure their replacement in their absence and ensure the continuity of operations.- You guarantee a fluid transmission of information between the different departments.What you bring:- You hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a diploma in electrotechnical engineering, or an equivalent qualification.- You justify more than 5 years of experience in managing multi-technical electrotechnical projects and project management.- You possess good knowledge of network infrastructures in an industrial environment.- You have confirmed experience in managing a technical team or project team.- You demonstrate leadership, a developed sense of decision-making, and a keen sense of priorities.- You adopt a service posture towards internal departments, with an approach oriented towards solutions and business continuity.- You have an analytical and continuous improvement-oriented approach, with excellent synthesis capacity.- You master current office and project management tools (CMMS, ERP).- You express yourself with ease in French, both orally and in writing.- Mastery of English and/or German is an asset.- You offer availability and flexibility adapted to the requirements of the service.Benefits:- A key technical role in a dynamic and growing company.- Great autonomy and a diversity of missions that make daily life varied.- 5 weeks of vacation.- 13th month salary.- Free lunch.- Continuous training bonuses.- 20% discount on our products.- Reductions with various partners (fleet discount, fitness, etc.).- Workplace: Sion (production site).- Start date: Immediately or by agreement.If you wish to join a dynamic company that places people at the center, do not hesitate to send us your complete application file (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates) via the recruitment platform. jid7476d87aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
