As the Director of Technical Services, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the clinic's infrastructure and support services. You will ensure the continuity of operations, safety, regulatory compliance, and the development of facilities while actively contributing to the experience at Leukerbad Clinic.Your missions:• Management of the technical department: maintenance, 24/7 operation, safety, and regulatory compliance.• Supervision of daily operations and ensuring service continuity.• Management of technical projects: planning and monitoring of implementation.• Team management and budget oversight (cost monitoring, resource management).Your profile:- Higher technical education (Engineering HES / Technician ES or equivalent).- 5 to 8 years of experience in a hospital and/or complex technical environment.- Excellent autonomy and self-management skills.- Leadership capabilities, service orientation, and ability to manage critical situations.- French required, German appreciated.Main workplace: LeukerbadStart date: To be agreed upon. jid9d9d6d4aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
