Technical Sales Support Manager - 100% Permanent PositionYour mission:Within our agile and family-oriented structure, you will occupy a pivotal position between the sales, technical, and production teams. As a true technical reference for sales, you will provide your expertise in analyzing customer needs, request feasibility, and internal technical processes. You will also contribute to monitoring regulatory and compliance requirements related to our activities.Main responsibilities:Technical Sales Support & Skills Development:- Act as the daily technical reference for sales administration.- Take charge of the technical review of specifications and the technical aspects of complex offers to secure commercial decisions.- Simplify technical concepts to enable the team to gain autonomy.- Analyze the technical feasibility of new items and tolerances.Industrial & Methods:- Draft initial production routings to secure cost estimates.- Collaborate with production to define realistic manufacturing processes and optimize delivery times.Regulatory Compliance & CSR Management:- Ensure monitoring of customer requirements related to conflict minerals and coordinate CMRT/EMRT.- Ensure regulatory monitoring (REACH, RoHS) and respond to customer audits.Innovation:- Identify development opportunities via new materials or processes.Profile:Holder of an HES or ETS engineering degree, or equivalent, you possess confirmed expertise in mechanics and materials science, ideally complemented by a strong commercial temperament.Skills:- Mastery of micro-technical processes.- Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, Excel, etc.).Soft Skills:- Pedagogical and solution-oriented, you enjoy sharing knowledge and possess a spirit of synthesis.Languages:- You have perfect command of French and English.
