Your mission:

Within our agile and family-oriented structure, you hold a pivotal position between the sales, technical, and operational teams. As a true technical reference for sales administration, you provide your expertise in analysing customer needs, assessing the feasibility of requests, and coordinating internal technical matters. You also contribute to monitoring regulatory and compliance requirements related to our activities.

Your main responsibilities:

• Technical Sales Support & Skills Development:
• Be the daily technical reference for sales administration (ADV).
• Take charge of the technical review of contracts and the technical preparation of complex offers to secure commercial decisions.
• Simplify technical concepts to enable the team to gain autonomy.
• Analyse the technical feasibility of new items (materials, tolerances, processes).
• Industrial Coordination & Methods:
• Write the initial operating sequences to secure cost estimates.
• Collaborate with the workshop to define realistic manufacturing processes and optimise delivery times.
• Regulatory Compliance Management & CSR Strategy:
• Ensure monitoring of customer requirements related to conflict minerals and coordinate CMRT/EMRT declarations.
• Ensure regulatory watch (REACH, RoHS) and respond to client audits.
• Innovation:
• Identify development opportunities through new materials or innovative processes.

Your profile:

• Education: Holder of an HES Engineer diploma, ETS or equivalent training, you have proven expertise in mechanics and materials science, ideally complemented by a strong commercial temperament.
• Skills: Mastery of microtechnology manufacturing processes. Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
• Soft Skills: A solution-oriented educator, you enjoy sharing knowledge and have a synthesising mind.
• Languages: You are fluent in French and English. Your knowledge of German is a major asset for this position.
