You offer them technical support that they cannot find elsewhere, making you a for their machining projects. Our high-quality products do their part. You are always on the lookout for growth potential in and know how to convert these into. You and prioritize the information gathered on-site and forward it to sales management. You continuously improve the customer experience, which leads to a preference for our solutions. You perfectly balance your role as an ambassador for the customer and as an advocate for the interests of our company and personally take care of.Your main tasks and responsibilities in your:- Build- Ensure a strong on-site presence through customer visits (70–80% field service)- Acquisition of new customers / new market shares (active acquisition)- Comprehensive and clear about the and needs- An up-to-date and complete (CRM)- Promote appropriately- Manage difficult debtors (reminders, negotiations)- Handle all delicate customer casesYour profile:- Basic training in mechanics or turned parts manufacturing (EFZ or equivalent), higher degrees or further training are welcome (Technician HF, Engineer FH, professional certificates)- French-German mandatory (Swiss German a big plus)- Class B driver's license essential- Pronounced skills- Ability to work under pressure- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and skills, combined with the ability to work independently- First successful professional experience in desired (in advantage)- Confident handling of modern IT toolsDo you recognize yourself in this?
