UNIMED SA, based in Ecublens, is a company specialised in the manufacture of complex parts from stainless steel tubes and wires, recognised for its expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are looking for an Internal Technical Sales Representative with good mechanical skills and fluent English.

Your tasks

As an Internal Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing the relationship with our customers. Your main responsibilities will be:

- managing contract review, including;

• studying new products and negotiating specifications with the client,
• proposing modifications or alternative designs,
• negotiating deadlines and product prices,
• preparing and submitting commercial offers

- managing orders, including;

• preparing and confirming orders,
• initiating manufacturing orders,
• monitoring the smooth progress of orders,
• handling customer complaints
• preparing logistics for order shipment

- regulatory matters, including;

• advising and informing clients

Your profile

• Technical training in mechanics (CFC as a polymechanic, a Federal Certificate, an ES Diploma, a HES Bachelor or an equivalent recognised diploma).
• Successful experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Mechanical skills and ability to understand technical drawings.
• Good interpersonal skills and thoroughness in work.
• Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Fluent English mandatory (written and spoken), German is a plus.
