Based in Geneva, BIDA SA is looking for a dynamic technical sales project manager to join our interior fitting and shop layout company. This role is central to ensuring coordination, quality of our deliverables, and commercial development.
Your role:
You will take responsibility for coordinating fitting projects as well as commercial development in French-speaking Switzerland.
Main tasks:
- Management and coordination of fitting projects from client request to final delivery,
- Coordination with the technical study, production, and assembly teams,
- Management of schedules, budgets, and adherence to deadlines,
- Strengthening and developing existing client relationships,
- Actively prospecting new clients,
- Participation in commercial activities: market analysis, determination of commercial strategies, early detection of projects.
Profile sought:
- Technical training in fitting, carpentry, or finishing trades,
- Experience in project management,
- Essential mastery of French and German,
- Autonomous, organised, and rigorous,
- Commercial skills in the construction sector.
