To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically experienced personality who enjoys developing solutions in collaboration with clients and acting as a link between the client, development, construction, production, and quality.Technical Sales ManagerYour missionIn this key function, you are the technical sparring partner for our clients and suppliers and accompany them in the development and implementation of demanding solutions regarding mainsprings and associated components. You communicate on an equal footing with the development departments, technical offices, and designers of our clients and suppliers, advise them on technical issues, and coordinate the process with internal departments, from development to series production, including quality assurance. Your tasks include in particular:- Technical advice and support for existing clients- Analysis and development of solutions in collaboration with clients and specialists- Liaison between the client, the supplier, development, construction, production, and quality- Support for development projects and assessment of the technical feasibility of new requirements- Active contribution to the continuous development of products and processes- Development of sustainable client relationships based on trustYour profileFor this demanding function, we are looking for a personality with a solid technical understanding of the watchmaking industry and its manufacturing processes, an analytical mind, as well as the ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and understandable manner. You are comfortable in both technical discussions and direct exchanges with clients and know how to unite different interests around solid solutions.
