Your mission:

As the contact person for our partner resellers, you will ensure:

• The preparation and calculation of offers and quotations
• Support in the preparation and checking of orders
• Daily technical support
• The transmission of information as well as training on our price lists and new products

You will also participate in the development of our direct sales activity by ensuring:

• The development and management of a client portfolio
• The preparation of offers and quotations
• The processing and follow-up of orders
• Taking measurements on site
• Advising our private customers, particularly in our Crissier showroom when necessary

The position is based in our offices in Poliez-Pittet, with regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland.

Profile:

You are a dynamic person, customer-oriented and with excellent interpersonal skills. You enjoy technical advice as much as commercial development and know how to build a relationship of trust with your contacts.

You possess the following skills:

• Training in the construction field (building draughtsperson, carpenter or equivalent training)
• Experience in the window sector is an advantage
• Good knowledge of assembly techniques and site procedures
• Experience in preparing technical offers
• Proficiency in common IT tools as well as AutoCAD
• A rigorous, organised, autonomous personality with excellent team spirit
• Availability for frequent travel in French-speaking Switzerland, mainly in the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg and Neuchâtel
• Knowledge of German and/or Italian is an asset
