Technical Sales Advisor / Estimator (M/F) 100%
Your responsibilities:
- Advise clients and promote the various solutions offered by the company.
- Develop new business opportunities in the construction, conversion, and renovation sectors.
- Prepare technical offers and customised solutions in collaboration with the technical teams.
- Carry out calculations, quotes, commercial offers, and administrative documents related to projects.
- Ensure the follow-up of offers until their realisation and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Retain existing clients and develop a new portfolio through active prospecting.
- Plan and execute commercial actions in the field.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Basic training in the construction field, ideally complemented by higher education or a civil engineering degree.
- Proven experience in the construction sector.
- Experience in the prefabricated elements field is a real asset.
- Excellent commercial skills and a strong taste for client advice.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with clients.
- Passion for technical solutions and interest in construction projects.
- Autonomous, organised, dynamic, and results-oriented personality.
- Excellent ability to manage priorities and multiple files simultaneously.
- Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with 3D/BIM planning software is an advantage.
- Early career candidates with strong commercial potential are also welcome.
