Technical Referent in 5-Axis Milling (M/F)
As part of the development of our client’s industrial activities, we are recruiting a Technical Referent specialised in simultaneous 5-axis CNC milling.
Your mission:
To structure, support and develop a high-precision production environment within a company renowned for the quality of its work in demanding sectors such as watchmaking, medical and jewellery.

Your responsibilities:
Leadership & management
- Supervise, motivate and develop a production team
- Develop skills within a continuous improvement framework
- Organise priorities and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Technical expertise - 5-axis CNC milling
- Master the use and optimisation of simultaneous 5-axis machining centres (Agie Charmilles, Willemin Macodel 508 or equivalents)
- Ensure programming, setup and production monitoring
- Control the quality of parts (SPC)
- Be proactive in proposing improvements to machining and quality processes
CAM & programming
- Use CAM software at an advanced level
- (GibbsCAM, AlphaCAM, Cimatron or similar)
- Optimise toolpaths and machining strategies
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma in mechanics, polymechanics or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-axis CNC milling in demanding environments
- Perfect mastery of high-precision machining
- Strong skills in programming, setup and optimisation
- Proven experience in team management
- Rigorous, proactive personality, quality and continuous improvement oriented
