Technical Project Manager – Scaffolding, 3D and Calculations ( %)Company specializing in scaffolding is looking for a Technical Project Manager capable of ensuring the design, 3D modeling, calculations, and complete monitoring of projects. We are looking for an autonomous person capable of intervening from the project study to its final completion. This position constitutes a key function within the company and offers great autonomy as well as significant responsibilities. Activity rate: 80 to 100%.Technical Project Manager – Scaffolding, 3D and Calculations ( %)Your missionAs the company's true technical reference, you ensure the design, study, planning, and monitoring of scaffolding and temporary structure projects. You accompany projects from the initial analysis to the final reception on site, guaranteeing their technical compliance, safety, and feasibility.Your responsibilitiesStudies and design- Analysis of client needs and site constraints.- Technical surveys on site.- Design of scaffolding and temporary structures.- Creation of execution and 3D detail plans.Technical calculations- Establishment of material lists and technical solutions.- Performance of stability and compliance calculations for structures.- Preparation of technical files and documentation.- Technical responsibility for projects according to standards.Project management and monitoring- Planning and monitoring of schedules.- Coordination with internal teams.- Coordination with architects, construction management, and project owners.- Control of project progress.- Control of the compliance of the work performed.- Final inspection and project handover.Your profileRequirements- Degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, ES technician, draftsman, or equivalent.- Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent 3D software.- Solid knowledge of calculations and structural resistance.- Experience in the design and monitoring of technical projects.- Ability to manage a project autonomously, from study to reception.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Driving license.Experience sought- Experience in the scaffolding sector is an asset.- Profiles from the following fields will also be studied with interest:- Metal structures- Carpentry- Civil engineering- Facades- Temporary constructions- Engineering offices- Special structuresWe offer- A key position within the company.- Great autonomy in the management of technical responsibilities.- Varied projects and a dynamic, developing environment.- Salary according to experience.- Activity rate of 80 to 100%. jid5338551aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
