Technical Project Manager Construction - Energy Infrastructure SectorAs a Technical Project Manager Construction, you are responsible for the client-side management and steering of construction elements for electrical substations, buildings, and conduit blocks. You ensure high quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost efficiency, and collaborate closely with external partners as well as with the execution teams.Main responsibilities- Responsibility for the client-side management of construction elements for electrical substations, buildings, conduit blocks, and transition structures- Guarantee of client-side quality for building and civil engineering, including HVAC/MEP, during the planning phase as well as within the framework of external planning- Creation of sketches and preliminary designs for building and civil engineering- Support for the acquisition of planning services- Technical support for project management and external planning during tender and execution phases- Guarantee of quality assurance in all project phases and technical support for construction management- Support for the implementation of occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection- Promotion of efficient and trust-based cooperation across boundariesProfile- Master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent- At least 5 years of experience in the planning and realization of infrastructure, building, and civil engineering projects (ideally in the field of 50 to 380 kV electrical substations)- Solid knowledge of Swiss regulations and standards in building and civil engineering as well as SIA methodology- Experience in the management of complex work packages and in advising project partners- Good knowledge of business management- Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions- Ability to clearly explain technical contexts and facilitate interdisciplinary working groups- High social competence and ability to lead and develop external partners- Very good knowledge of German (native language or comparable level), fluent French or Italian for daily business as well as advanced English- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and project management toolsActivity rate: 80–100 %Employment type: permanent position (partial remote work possible)Workplace: Canton of Aargau or Lausanne jid11cc98faen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
